The Icon Mill hires creative thinkers with artistic talent. We pay 50% of the customer cost to the artist/designer or team. You can view our customer rates here. For example, if a customer purchases Logo Package A you will earn $99.99 when the customer accepts your logo.
- Because our pricing scheme is customer oriented and aggressively priced The Icon Mill requires very talented designers who can produce a logo or artwork that exceeds the customers expectations.
- Because our customers expect timely results The Icon Mill requires its designers to produce quality work in a short amount of time. (If you can not design several good logos/graphics in 1 day you need not apply.)
- Customer interaction with the artist is a requirement of the design process. Because our customers expect profession interaction with us, The Icon Mill requires designers who are professional and who can communicate in a business-like manner.
Being a member of The Icon Mill team is not for everyone. We demand the best from our employees, and you may find that earning a job with us may be difficult due to our competitive screening process. However, once you are a part of our team you will be given responsibility and experience that you will find rewarding. Many of our designers turn down higher paying jobs because they enjoy the customer interaction and Icon Mill support along with the opportunity to work from home doing something that they enjoy.
